¤ Step 1
Please submit the
KMH Mt Carlyle Lodge Reservation Application Form
which can be done online. This form includes our reservation policies pertaining to: Payments, refunds, helicopter transport, etc.

¤ Step 2
Once we receive your reservation form we'll contact you to:
a. Confirm our availability to date
b. Discuss any other details you may need regarding your week
c. Arrange for the deposit or full payment

A Credit Card Deposit
payment will be required to reserve your week.

Deposit's
Full Service - Guided and Catered $500.- /Person
Lodge Rental $3000.- /Group

Credit card payments can be made with

Groups Reserving The Entire Lodge- Once we have received your reservation application and contacted you we can hold the week for you for 7 days in order to give you time to collect funds from your group for the deposit or full payment.

Reservations for our 2010 season are possible. Holding fee = $500.- with the remainder of the full deposit then due January 31 2009.
